Always Succeeding and Failing

The Gym parallels life….As Henry Rollins says “100kgs sits on the bar saying lift me or don’t”…in life and in the gym we’re always succeeding or failing there’s “no almost” or “coming close”. You either get that bar off your chest or you don’t!  That’s all there is to it.

For some of us, it quells insecurities and keeps us sane though all lifes tribulations. Whatever the reasons for engaging in this noble endeavor of pushing our physical boundaries the benefits are ming blowing!
