Why then, do we see many athletes regardless of age, position, strengths and weaknesses performing the same training programs?

The best advice I can give a parent or athlete is to walk away if they see everyone doing the exact same training program!

At USP every single training program is individualised based upon our athletes injury history, strengths, weaknesses and feedback from their sporting coach.
