Athletes and ice bergs…

Often coaches and selectors are only interested in what they see on the surface regarding an athlete.

Their first impression…looks athletic…strong….quick and muscular….

But just like the ice berg analogy…what lays beneath the surface metaphorically speaking is far more important……..

I’ve known this for quite some time and that’s why it’s an integral part of what we do here in The Pit, especially during the initial interview process.

To Quote, TC Luomawitz, ‘That’s just the tip of the iceberg. “What’s just the tip of the iceberg,” you ask. You. “Me?” Yes, you.

When was the last time you took a good hard look at yourself? A hard, hard look at yourself.

PIT Elite AFL Footballer Callum Carseldine takes self reflection and critical appraisal to another level. He has records from every single training session and every single game. He scrutinizes his performance with no holds barred….Its no secret his professional, personal development and sports performance has reached new heights!

Not just what you see in the mirror—but who you are inside and out.

Well, if you haven’t, you need to. I suspect you know that many people are not living up to their potential. So, nope, there will be no yelling, no preaching, no rapping you on the knuckles.

Instead I will show you what your life would look like if you became the person you were meant to be.

The life you want is there for the taking.

The choice is yours.

Ill see you in THE PIT!

All the best for the week.
