Do You Have Extraordinary Resolve

USP - Do you have extraordinary resolve

After more than a decade of coaching I’ve been fortunate enough to witness some amazing feats of personal strength and courage.

I’ve seen athletes overcoming career threatening injuries and life threatening illnesses.

I’ve seen athletes back up time and time again after repeatedly missing out on selection for teams and squads being told they were not good enough….but they persevered and were rewarded!

The common thread between those athletes successfully beating the odds is a concept termed extraordinary resolve!

What is Extraordinary Resolve?

In its simplest terms, it means having resolve, when most other people would quit, give up or fail.

It means going for greatness and living an extraordinary life.

It means being the best you can be and pushing yourself to the limits.

It means doing it even when you don’t feel like it and doing it day in day out.

Things like training, sleeping, eating and recovery correctly!

It means standing out from the crowd…moving from ordinary to extraordinary!

It means being great.

It means never giving up and doing whatever it takes to reach your goals.

Sacrifice, determination, discipline, desire, strength, will, and courage – combined together equate to extraordinary resolve.

All the best for the week,
