Picture this…its Sunday night you’ve just driven back from Noosa stuck in traffic for 4 hours….you have a training session that you’ve committed to….what would you do????

Do you tell yourself its alright to miss a session and it won’t matter after all, its only one session…

Surely it wont make that much of a difference…or will it???

The athlete could be forgiven for missing the session….after all its only one session..

But instead he walks in to THE PIT game face on and says “alright lets go”…

At the end of a solid session…

We had a chat and it became woefully clear to me why he is one of the top 10 athletes in the world…

He said, “It’s what you do when you don’t feel like it that counts…and matters most”…

Sunday night a 3.5 hour drive…it would have been easier just to lay down on the couch and relax…instead of busting your guts in the gym.
