The more insulin sensitive you are, the easier it is to reduce body fat. One quick trick I picked up from my time spent at the AIS with their nutrition department was to encourage athletes to use all forms of vinegar during meal preparation in order to stabilize blood sugar levels and increase feelings of satiety.
