1. Sleep in a bat cave. Make sure your room is pitch black! Use an eye mask and ear plugs if necessary.

2. Avoid stimulants (Caffeine nicotine, tea etc) up to 12 hours before bed time.

3. Turn of wifi and do not sleep with a mobile phone beside your bed.

4. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.

5. Avoid TV Screens. bright light, and iPad, iPod screens 2 hours before bedtime-as these screens mimic daylight and can trick your brain into keeping you awake.
