The Grind

Have you heard about the grind?

I spoke about the Grind a few weeks ago.

The Grind is a term I came up with that describes a time in your life where you put aside all distractions put your head down, grit your teeth and Grind it out! The Grind can describe your training, study or work.

At the end of the Grind lies an achievement, something great, or some reward or pay-off.
But the Grind always comes first. Thing is, most people won’t make this sacrifice; they won’t even begin the Grind, much less finish it. And that’s why most people don’t succeed.
The Grind is what separates the great from the average.

After being delisted by 2 previous clubs, Joel Tippett refused to give in and and just kept grinding on until he achieved his dreams!

It’s why we get out of bed on Saturday morning and Grind it out at Strongman when others are still in bed, we are training, pursuing our dreams and getting closer to greatness with every session! There are 3 more Strongman sessions to go until we finish!

Head down bum up and time to grind it out!
